Over 300 shows and over 8,000 episodes are downloadable to watch-on-the-go, including Keeping Up With the Kardashians and its spin-offs – along with The Real Housewives, Below Deck, Made In Chelsea and Million Dollar Listing franchises. The majority of US shows debut on the service the same day as their US launch for $6.99 per month.
This role is a fixed-term contract commencing on Monday 8 March 2021 and concluding on Friday 17 December 2021. The role will be three days per week, based in Sydney.
Key Role Responsibilities
Assist with ATL/Digital media material, dispatch & reporting.
Assist with briefing & implementing social media influencer campaigns.
Merchandise store room management & keeping SOH spreadsheet up to date.
Create activity overview presentations.
Sourcing items for and packing media/influencer mailout.
Assisting with virtual event management.
Assisting with prize fulfilment for promotions as required.
Assisting with premiere screenings & events including guest lists, invitation support, event collateral, managing registration desk at screenings, packing giftbags etc.
Create and distribute monthly partner asset packs.
Assist with localising show promos.
Support with research on competitor activity and media monitoring.
Perform administrative duties as required such as couriers, mailing, running errands etc.
Raise purchase orders / finance admin.
Reporting and post-campaign analysis.
Presentation of project to the management team at the end of internship.
Any other duties dependent upon varying work requirements.

Proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
Detail oriented and organised, with exceptional prioritisation skills.
Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
Ability to take initiative and work independently.
Excellent communication and a great team player.
A creative thinker with a sense of fun!
Ready to learn and motivated by this exciting industry.
- Australian citizen or permanent resident.
- Actively completing a Marketing or Communications degree in the 2021 year.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Work, Outlook and Excel (knowledge of Pivot Tables & Macros is desirable but not definitive).
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Well organized with great prioritization skills.
- Be a good communicator with an analytical mind and a desire to learn.
- Understanding of the Australian & American media landscapes, particularly TV.
