The VHH will be an iconic structure facilitating the delivery of evidence based, patient centric, holistic models of care, ground breaking research and committed to leading education underpinned by an unwavering culture and passion for clinical excellence. The VHH is planned to open in 2021, this new hospital provides an exciting opportunity to develop a unique patient centred model of care.


Ward 32 is a Cardiothoracic/Respiratory Unit and Ward 32 West is Cardiac Day Unit. There are 8 high dependency beds that care for patients post cardiac surgery requiring inotropes, NIV, temporary cardiac pacing.


About the Role


We are seeking a motivated individual who has outstanding customer service skills and clerical skills to join our team. Working in a busy team based environment the Administrative Officer provides efficient and effective clerical support to the clinical ward staff and is a key role within the unit.

You are a genuinely passionate and caring person who is highly committed to delivering exceptional care within a dynamic & varied environment. As a clear communicator you have the ability to build rapport with others, working well within both a team approach and to the wider team.

Permanent Hours-


Monday 4pm-8pm


Friday 4pm -8pm


Temporary Hours-


Tuesday + Wednesday + Thursday 8am-16.30pm
