An exciting opportunity currently exists for an enthusiastic and highly experienced Learning, Development & Career Advisor to join our People & Culture Directorate. We are recruiting for a 12-month fixed term opportunity which can be full time or part time.
The Learning, Development & Career Advisor is responsible for providing and facilitating tailored learning programs, professional development and career advisory support for a specific workgroup of approximately 1,300 staff in functions and roles such as Food Services, Health Care Workers, PSAs, Orderly / Cleaners, Security and Administration Clerks.
The People and Culture Directorate is one of seven directorates reporting to their Chief Executive Officer. The HR Consulting Unit provide a high quality, seamless partnership with the business and is responsible for designing and delivering organisational effectiveness priorities across Austin Health, including initiatives to attract, retain and grow talent, build capability, drive culture and improved performance.
