This role is a fixed-term contract commencing on Monday 8 March 2021 and concluding on Friday 17 December 2021. The role will be three days per week, based in Sydney.

Key Role Responsibilities

  • Assist the product development process including product safety and final sample stage.
  • Assist with reviewing strike offs & pre-production samples including receiving parcels and initial checks.
  • Assist with the release of assets including Asset Release forms.
  • Compiling images and photographing product for international teams such as look books and updates.
  • Office support duties – i.e. arranging couriers & post as needed.
  • Ad hoc projects and tasks as required.
  • Assisting Consumer Products team by creating research documents and undertaking competitor analysis.
  • Assist in the preparation of targeted pitch presentations for potential licensees, partners and retailers.
  • Presentation of project to the management team at the end of internship.


  • Australian citizen or permanent resident.
  • Actively completing a Marketing or Communications degree in the 2021 year.

About You

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite with a focus on Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Detail oriented and organized, with exceptional prioritization skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Excellent communication and a great team player.
