Our 2021 Grow Graduate Program
The BASF Grow Graduate Program will provide up to three graduates with the opportunity to join our team on an 18-month rotational program. You will complete important business projects across a range of business operations and functions to gain a broad understanding of our business in Australia and New Zealand.
Our Graduate program will offer you the opportunity to develop leadership and interpersonal skills, gain exposure to senior leaders, and apply your skills in meaningful projects that will enhance our business. As our business looks for innovative ways to tackle future problems, our Graduate program is designed to give you exposure to areas including manufacturing, supply chain, customer service, sales, marketing and technical support. Your role will be initially based at our Head Office in Melbourne, with potential to visit or work from our various satellite offices and production sites as necessary.
Recently completed or expecting to finish tertiary qualification by December 2020

Unrestricted Australian work rights (permanent resident or citizen)
Business, Commerce, Logistics or similar degree
