Property Manager Assistant, Lettings Pty Ltd is a family owned and operated Real Estate business located in Toowong and has a focus on our property management department. The position of Property Manager Assistant - lettings.. The initial start position will focus on lettings. If you have previous experience or strengths these will be considered when we commence your employment. Are you bright, well presented and have a keen interest in helping people with their homes? Then consider this position. You will need to work in a team environment and be prepared to step in to help others when workloads demand your attention in other areas. You will be required to hold or have the following:

a. Drivers License.

b. Typing Skills;

c. General Computer knowledge;

You will also be required to obtain a Real Estate Salesperson's License (not able to obtain before the Age of 18 years as issued by Office of Fair Trading & Justice). Preference to those that hold salesperson certificate.

This is not a position that requires experience however requires an honest, punctual, hardworking and interested team player. Someone who has been providing reception duties previously in real estate and looking to progress this could be for you.

e. We supply vehicle and phone requirements while on the job.

Accuracy and strong administration/clerical skills a must.

Note you will normally work a 38 hour week incorporating at least every second Saturday, 10 days on 2 week roster.
