About the role: Administration Support Officer responsibilities include administrative support to the Quality Team, managing group inboxes, escalating and deescalating/delegating matters to relevant team members and working closely with stakeholders to ensure expectations are managed and tasks are actioned in a timely manner.

About you: Using your experience in a fast paced environment, you will be well versed in managing multiple priorities and deadlines across a range of stakeholders. Your attention to detail and interpersonal communication skills will be exceptional, and you will be comfortable navigating technology and systems including Microsoft Office applications. Understanding of the NDIS framework is desired however not essential.
