Inbound Customer Service Officer (Aboriginal Identified)


Currently we have vacancies within our friendly & energetic team for an indigenous Customer Care Consultant to work at our Canning Vale WA site. This is a fantastic opportunity to play an integral role in delivering unparalleled customer service to our clients, whilst maintaining our award-winning reputation for ease of transaction and friendly service. This role will suit an individual who loves to build client relations and deliver exceptional customer service.

Your key responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Act as first point of call for all front counter-based sales enquiries
  • Building great relationships with our customers face to face and over the phone
  • Processing customer orders as well as credits
  • Problem solving and complaint resolution
  • Participate and take ownership of store replenishment exercises

What you will need to succeed:

  • Proven trade counter or customer service experience
  • Well presented with excellent communication skills
  • An understanding of the industrial product market would be highly valued
  • “Can-do” enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn
  • Experience with or an understanding of the industrial product market would be highly valued
