Employee Relations Advisor

The Employee Relations Advisory Service, as part of the People and Culture Directorate, promotes best practice employee relations to support the engagement of employees in achieving the organisation’s strategic objectives.
As Employee Relations Advisor, you will join a small team of ER specialists providing expert advice, coaching and support to line managers and employees on the full range of employee relations issues. Your primary objective will be to ensure a fair and consistent application of Austin’s policies and procedures to promote a positive employee relations culture.

The successful candidate will have proven skills and experience in the following areas:
A tertiary qualification in human resources and/or industrial relations, and exposure to the health industry would be highly regarded (but not essential).
