This is a multi-faceted role not only responsible for leading and motivating a large team but also facilitating the delivery of flexible and cost-effective distribution solutions within the DuluxGroup Supply Chain strategy.
Building and maintaining strong partnerships will be key as you will engage with a variety of internal and external customers, including the sales and marketing teams from Dulux, Parchem and Selleys. Leading a highly customer-focused team, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding operational excellence, compliance, financial and health, and safety targets, whilst maintaining excellent customer service.
The site at Marsden Park has the capacity to grow, and this role will see you take initiative and accountability to facilitate this growth and explore new opportunities with stakeholders, continuing the promise to deliver value.

We are looking for an inspiring leader with experience working in complex distribution environments, logistics, and supply chain, coupled with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop a high performing team. Your ability to engender trust, motivate, and build engagement will create a collaborative environment to deliver outstanding results. To be successful in this role, you will also need signification experience in contract management.
