Community Options is part of Wimmera Health Care Group and is located in modern offices in central Horsham opposite May Park. We are an expanding business that supports aged members of the community to remain living in their homes for as long as possible. This is achieved with support of Home Care Packages funded by the Commonwealth Government and administered by a skilled team members.
The Case Managers at Community Options work closely with their clients, their families and service providers to provide a variety of choices most suited to their care needs. Community Options are excited to be able to offer a skilled and enthusiastic person a permanent position in their fast growing business. This position is full time working Monday to Friday and includes an Accrued Day Off every 4 weeks.
