About the role:
You will be working in the front of house area greeting our customers and serving them their Peko Peko favorites. This role involves delivering a high level of customer service, obtaining and maintaining an excellent level of product knowledge and delivering outstanding customer interaction at all times whilst positively contributing to the store environment. Leading and managing the team on a shift by shift basis in excellent customer service and high standards of daily operations.

What you will be doing:
Serving customers from the front of house counter
Inspecting product quality
Following a daily operations checklist to ensure all aspects of the front of house are set and ready for the shift ahead
Communicating with the kitchen team in relation to customer orders and product levels
Preparing some of the Peko Peko products
Managing stock levels and product wastage
Ability to problem solve
Processing customer payments
Carrying out various cleaning tasks
Responsible for the smooth running of shifts
Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends (essential) and public holidays.
Be available in school holidays and long weekends. Summer and Easter as this is peak business.
