They continue to add courses and qualifications that suit a wide range of students in a wide range of circumstances.

Responsibilities:

  • Training and assessment of the Certificate III in Individual Support course
  • Giving encouraging feedback to students
  • Delivering online training and webinars
  • Assisting students over phone and email
  • Marking student assessments

Requirements:

  • Contributed to:
    • Developments in the VET sector
    • Developments in teaching, learning and assessment
  • Sound verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills across the Microsoft Office suite
  • A typing speed of 35 wpm
  • Experience with a learning management system (preferred)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in the Community Services industry (Required)
  • (CHC33015) Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent and/or (CHC43015) Certificate IV in Ageing Support (required)
  • (TAE40116/TAE40110) Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
