Casual position with full-time hours now up until March 2021 (2-week break over Christmas), then required on an as needed basis when someone is away.

You’ll be an integral part of our dedicated Allied Health team and take intense pride in the powerful change you can implement in people’s lives by working together as a team. You’ll enjoy working as part of our playful, close-knit and dedicated team. You will be the front of house face of our business and work together with our other administration team members to ensure that everything runs smoothly so our clinical team members can focus on their client's needs.
Your role will involve a wide variety of tasks such as:
· Reception duties (front desk and phones)
· Appointments and billings
· Processing payments
· Directing the flow of email, phone and face to face communications
· Phone communication with clients and team
· Email communication with clients and team
· Managing mail
· Scanning, filing and electronic document management
We have a well-established and well-resourced clinical space at our flagship clinic which requires a full-time team member to support the busy day to day activities.
