RWWA is seeking a CRM Specialist to help drive customer engagement and retention.
The role requires a savvy analytical mind and a flair for creativity to ensure each campaign is designed to maximise results in a highly competitive and fast-paced market.
You should have an exceptional ability for planning, implementing and reviewing CRM activity; supporting the development of effective communication and lifecycle strategies, and a passion for sport and racing will give you an insight to customer behaviour.
A proactive approach, keen eye for detail and natural ability to build and maintain working relationships will only amplify your success in this role.
This exciting opportunity involves working with a diverse range of digital mediums, including email, SMS, social and push notifications, as well as deriving actionable insights from reports on KPIs and other measures, including life-cycle drivers, customer profitability, incentive effectiveness and attrition rate, essential for success of RWWA.
