Customer Service Officer (Aboriginal Identified)

We are seeking an experienced indigenous Customer Service Officer to join the team in Kalgoorlie WA whilst focusing on delivering exceptional service to our customers and the market. This role will see you responding to inbound sales calls and counter sales requirements to meet internal and external customer needs in the pursuit of effective customer service.

This is an Indigenous- identified position. Applicants must be of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander decent (pursuant to Section 14 (d) of the Anti-discrimination act

Your key responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Managing general sales enquiries within our branch
  • Build great relationships with our customers face to face, over the phone and via email
  • Processing customer orders as well as filing and manage customer interactions end to end
  • Working with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee customer satisfaction
  • Schedule and coordinate service representatives
  • Manage a variety of logistical functions

What you will need to succeed:

  • Experience with industrial products such as lifting and rigging, trade products is preferred but not essential
  • Extensive sales or call centre experience
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
  • Computer experience is essential specifically Windows PC knowledge
  • Ability to multi-task and focus on completion of allocated tasks
  • Outstanding customer service skills with great time management skills

Salary: $45,999.00 – $59,999.00 per year
