About the Opportunity

As Customer Relations Officer you will establish and maintain long term relationships with customers.

You will

  • Assist with new customer enquiries including liaising with the customer’s informal support as well as other health practitioners/disability providers
  • Provide information about our service offerings and assess the customer’s compatibility with our service
  • Provide referral sources to customers who are incompatible with Enhanced Lifestyles
  • Attend home visits to assist with the on-boarding of new customers ensuring that all correct paperwork and information is gathered
  • Communicate customer information to the Service Delivery Team in a timely and efficient manner ensuring the smooth on-boarding of new customers
  • Conduct annual reviews for pre-existing customers in-line with their NDIS plan expiry either face-to-face or via phone
  • Ensure up-to-date service agreements, budget, consent forms and WHS assessments are completed on an annual basis
  • Accurately record annual review information in internal systems
  • Build strong relationships with customers by being genuinely passionate about working with people with disabilities and enabling them to live their best life

About You

You have experience working in the disability sector and have:

  • Experience working with people living with disability
  • DHS Working in Disability and Working with Children Check
  • A drivers licence
  • Demonstrated ability to develop robust and sustainable working relationships with referral agencies and stakeholders that encourage cooperation, and accountability
  • Knowledge of the NDIS and the disability sector
  • Extensive experience in customer service delivery
  • Current First Aid Certificate

You are highly disciplined with a natural drive to set the best standards and have the ability to effectively manage both internal and external stakeholder relationships.
