Established in 1972 Mitolo Family Farms is a successful and dynamic family owned business supplying potatoes and onions for sale in major Australian supermarket chains and produce markets nationally. Our success is attributed to the implementation of continuous improvement strategies and new innovated processes.

Our Logistics Department require the services of a competent administration officer with high level accurate data entry. This position co-ordinates the dispatch functions, including the loading of vehicles and is responsible for ensuring all dispatch documentation is accurate and timely. Attention to detail is paramount in this role. The successful candidate will be working closely with the Logistics Manager and team assisting with paperwork and reports.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Reconciliation and auditing skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively across a range of organisational levels, from Senior Management to Driver/Forklift Operators
  • Data Entry
  • Microsoft program experience, in particular Excel

Your ability to work in a dynamic team environment is essential for this role. You will be flexible in your approach and possess a strong team and work ethic together with the drive and dedication to learn other key administration functions.
