About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Administrator to join our Procurement team. This individual will be responsible for the delivery of effective administrative assistance and system support to the Group Manager, Procurement and the Procurement Department.
Duties include all aspects of document preparation for monthly meetings, fleet management, updating the procurement system, assessing new vendor requests and providing regular reports on outstanding invoices requiring payment.
You will also adjust and update standing and blanket purchase orders, contribute to special projects and assist wherever else you’re needed.

The successful candidate is required to have demonstrated experience in an administrative role and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with strong organisational and time management skills.
All Southern Cross Care employees also require a current National Police Certificate for the Purpose of Aged Care.
