Systems Support Officer (NSW)


SAL Consulting looking for an amazing Systems Support Officer to join our team of professionals based in Sydney. As a Systems Support officer at SAL Consulting you will play an important role in supporting our National Leadership team with administrative and IT support including data entry, managing our customer relationship management (CRM) system, maintaining the company intranet and social media platforms, and interfacing with external portals essential for our work. You will be a problem solver, someone who is proactive, and be able to stay calm in the face of IT adversity. Your friendly personality and essential skills and knowledge will quickly make you indispensable.

The qualifications, skills and experience we are seeking include:

  • Previous administration experience
  • High Level Information Technology Skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office and use of Database systems
  • Experience in using records management systems
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • High level interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise with individuals from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong initiative and the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
  • Demonstrated capability to prioritise, organise and manage your time and workload
  • Ability to multi-task and to manage work processes to meet deadlines
  • Current and valid Driver Licence and ability and willingness to travel
