Justice Health & Forensic Mental Health Network is a state-wide Specialty Health Network delivering health care to adults and young people in contact with the forensic mental health and criminal justice systems across community, inpatient and custodial settings.

Provide advanced executive-level administrative support to the CE, including taking a proactive role in day-to-day organisation and prioritisation of tasks, and support to the CE.

  • Proven high-level competencies in executive administration support, including written and verbal communication; sound understanding of secretariat responsibilities and processes; attention to detail; and ability to support the CE’s agenda.
  • Demonstrated understanding and application of integrity, confidence in dealing with people at high levels, personal accountability and confidentiality.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of programs and administration of database systems, particularly records management.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply critical analysis and quality review to documents prepared for the CE.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to collaborate and negotiate with Network staff, including senior executives and the Network Board as well as key external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated capacity as an active team member, including ability to anticipate challenges and be solutions focused.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, maintain and review work-related efficiency procedures and processes.
  • Demonstrated experience managing competing deadlines in a high volume work area.
