What you'll be doing Responsible for the timely transfer of patients to / from and within the Medical Imaging Department including the Emergency Department Imaging Unit. Assisting with patient transfers and patient positioning for imaging examinations, equipment cleaning and restocking. Some clerical duties may be required.

  • Knowledge or experience of working within a healthcare setting.
  • Willingness to participate in a rotating 24/7 roster.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • A knowledge of or experience of WHS practices and manual handling.
  • Demonstrated ability to take direction to ensure optimal workflow.
  • Demonstrated good organisational skills and an understanding of prioritisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team, within a customer service environment.
