WHO YOU AREWith a good understanding of the people planning process you are not only a long term planner but are able to adapt quickly to changing workforce demands. You can successfully implement processes, and ideally have prior experience in forecasting, scheduling, budget adherence and reporting within a workforce management system, preferably Kronos.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESAs the Unit People Planning Specialist, you are responsible for the right resources, in the right places at the right times. your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to;
TOGETHER AS A TEAMTogether the People & Culture team supports the delivery of the People & Culture Action Plan, People & Culture idea and the IKEA Business Operations with a key focus on IKEA co-workers, customers and the IKEA business. A pivotal role with this function lies in securing the co-worker experience, supporting leaders to ensure their teams are equipped with the knowledge and resources to create a better everyday life for the many people.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONThis is a full time temporary position located at our Distribution Centre in Marsden Park. The role commences February 2021 ending January 2022.
