Office Assistant

We are currently searching for a polite, bubbly and diligent Office Assistant to join our team, located within the Rockhampton Area

We’re looking for a person to be part of our team assist us to deliver exceptional services to our clients.

You will need strong computer skills, excellent time-management and an outstanding work ethic. You must show initiative as well as an eagerness to learn and further develop their interpersonal and professional skills.

Duties Include:

  • Reception support (meet and greet customers, handle incoming phone calls, mail, emailing, photocopying and filing.)
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment including basic office upkeep
  • Assist administration staff when required
  • Respond to enquiries within designated scope of the position
