About the role
The Faculty of Fine Arts and Music is seeking to appoint a Program Delivery Officer to provide high-level administrative support, including the planning and development of the academic timetable, administration of results and exams as well as provide Learning Management System support. This position also oversees the Special Consideration applications across the Faculty. The duties are varied, the applicant must maintain a high level of awareness of university policies and procedures.
You will have a degree or subsequent relevant work experience, strong written and verbal communication skills, technical expertise in general computing and information systems, experience with using university administrative systems, highly developed time management skills, the ability to maintain high level of attention to detail, experience in service orientation and the demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
