We have an opportunity for a high energy, customer service-focused, results-orientated corporate concierge or workplace support all-rounder to join our Melbourne CBD team.

Our Workplace Support team are the first point of contact on behalf of Cushman & Wakefield for both residents and visitors. With a focus on listening to and anticipating needs, making the interaction simple, effective and timely in everything we do.

Job Description

What You Will Do

Meet and greet visitors proactively in a professional and timely manner
Manage reception and access control services to ensure a positive customer experience
Complete regular walk throughs of the workplace, reporting any maintenance and cleaning issues
Provide a wide variety of workplace services – including locker management, access control, help & support, mail and distribution
Meeting and event coordination - Work with contractors e.g. security, cleaning and catering to meet event requirements

About you:
Experience in a reception or front line information exchange within a corporate or hospitality environment
A common-sense approach to problem solving
Time management skills and ability to multitask
Energetic, anticipate demands and be proactive within the scope of the role
Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office Suite
