The opportunity

As our Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for using data to track, analyse and report on various marketing campaigns and activities in order to identify new ways to build the brand and acquire new members. Your focus is to manage the processing and analysing of marketing data across digital platforms to support audience and budget efficiencies, insights and campaign optimisations.

You will report to the Senior Manager in the Brand and Acquisition team and liaise with the other business teams and external stakeholders to tell compelling stories through data. You’ll visualise data through dashboards and reporting, looking for trends and finding relationships to share with stakeholders.

Your passion and expertise with data will enable you to use advanced data sets, segmentation and modelling techniques to inform future strategies to support growth. In a small and close-knit team, we are looking for someone who thrives on achieving results quickly, whilst supporting each other.

About you

You have significant experience in marketing and data analytics in a commercial environment. You understand the key principles of digital marketing channels and can translate technical information to a non-technical audience.

You are a whiz with quantitative analysis, market research techniques and using platform analytics like Adobe Launch, Google Analytics and Tableau. You are also advanced with MS Office, particularly Excel.

What’s in it for you?

  • Access to great benefits, including a market competitive remuneration package
  • Be part of an ambitious team, and an innovative and inclusive culture
  • Opportunities to develop and grow your career
  • Join one of the largest and fastest growing superannuation funds
