Administration Support Officer


The role of Administration Support Officer is a pivotal part of this team.

The successful applicant will be responsible for administration and reception duties including processing timesheets, compliance and auditing.

As an experienced administrator, you will report to the Business Manager and liaise with other employees and clients to provide payroll, office and accounts administration support.

Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Processing of weekly time and attendance reports;
  • Liaising with internal and external stake holders for payroll related queries;
  • Providing excellent customer service when liaising with employees and clients, responding within appropriate timeframes;
  • Assisting with client invoice queries;
  • Undertaking reception duties and general administration duties;
  • Assisting with employee compliance;
  • Assisting with internal and external audits;


To be successful in your new role you will need to demonstrate:


  • A minimum of 1 year relevant experience in an administration role;
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Products, primarily Excel;
  • Professional written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of business sensitive and employee information at all times;
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, as well as numerical ability and data entry skills;
  • Excellent customer service skills with ability to identify employee and staff requirements and to report suggested changes to processes in response to identified needs;
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask, effectively manage competing priorities and meet deadlines;
