Primary Location WA-Country-Geraldton Regional Office Organization Mid West Region

Reporting to the Regional Manager, this Leadership positon will oversee the Technical, Operational and Support Service teams to enable the effective Service Delivery of water and wastewater services across the Midwest Region.
This is a unique opportunity that will work across a wide range of process streams including Operations, Projects, Occupational Safety & Health, Finance, Environmental Regulation and Human Resources.
What the role will involve:
  • Lead strong safety behaviours and culture in the team and ensure all work is undertaken with safety as the first priority
  • Build employee capability through development planning, mentoring, coaching and performance feedback
  • Manage the manage the delivery of support services to our operations team
Key skills and experience:
To be successful in this role you will be Tertiary qualified in a relevant discipline and have considerable experience in the management and delivery of technical and support services in an infrastructure based organisation.
Proven experience managing the financial and business performance of a team including operating costs, efficient use of resources and meeting performance targets and objectives will also essential for this role.
