This is a newly created role reporting to the Senior HRBP for Operations. You will be providing support across Kilcoy Global Foods Operation Team and contributing to the delivery of HR and Business strategies. Partnering with managers and the wider HR team the HRBP will develop, interpret and analyse HR systems data, to make informed business decisions.
