Purpose of the role:

  • Take a high volume of inbound calls & conduct outbound call
  • Register jobs and liaise with assessors to complete inspections
  • Maintaining and updating electronic records
  • Customer support throughout the claims process
  • Administration

About You:

  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Proficient computer skills, ability to use Microsoft applications and the internet
  • High level problem-solving skills
  • Positive and professional attitude
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Previous experience in Construction, Claims or Insurance is highly beneficial
  • Confident communicator both verbally and written
  • Reliable and flexible
  • Demonstrate resilience and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • License and access to a reliable vehicle
