Our Purchasing and Administration Team is currently looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to fill the position of Administration Support Officer. In this role you will be responsible for providing high quality administration support for the various area in Operations Services, with an emphasis on providing excellent customer service.

The position is accountable for:

  • Assisting in the day to day administration of the Operations Centre, including answering telephones, greeting visitors at the front window and responding to enquiries;
  • Providing administrative support to all Supervisors within the Operations Centre;
  • Provide relief to other Administration staff as directed by Supervisor:
  • Liaise with staff towards a prompt and effective resolution of any issues, concerns, discrepancies or disputes that may arise.

To be successful you will have:

  • Current unrestricted ‘C’ class national driver’s licence.
  • Cert II in Administration (desirable)

This temporary 12-month, part-time contract (24 hours per week) has an attractive salary range of Level 3 $61,027 - $66,081 (pro-rata) per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. The position is located at the City’s Operations Centre, Park Road, Mandurah
