What you will bring:
  • Your passion for helping nurses by providing a hassle free, reliable and meticulous recruitment service to our clients and our candidates
  • Your demonstrated ability to build long standing and thriving relationships within the nursing industry

  • Resilience, persistence and confidence in dealing with all aspects of 360 degree nursing recruitment
You will be required to:
  • Work in our nursing division, to continue to source and develop relationships within this market
  • Target new business opportunities within our existing client database and outside of our client database
  • Manage a very fast paced desk
  • Work with clients to ascertain their needs and then select suitable nurses for their positions
  • Provide exceptional candidate care to our nurses, keeping in regular contact with them to foster strong, ongoing relationships
  • Regularly attend all networking functions, events and conferences relating to the business
  • Manage your day to ensure you are exceeding weekly, monthly and quarterly targets
