We are looking for an energetic, efficient and professional individual to join our centre as the Bookings Officer to join our team in our Hervey Bay centre.
What you’ll do:
R esponsible for the scheduling and booking of patient appointments across Oncology centres
A crucial link between patient’s and clinical staff in the day to day operations of the clinic.
Reporting to the Senior Patient Services Officer on site and working as part of the broader Oncology team,
Who you are:
Demonstrated ability in an administrative role within a busy, customer focused environment, medical preferred.
Ability to understand and anticipate patient needs & expectations
Strong organisation and communication skills, with the ability to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.
Handle and resolve urgent matters and time critical medical appointments
Proven experience to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
Ability to use clinical administration systems, as well as Microsoft Office software
Collaborative approach in working with the wider Administration team and other internal customers, in line with the organisations values.
