Recruitment Officer

DELWP Recruitment Officers provide high quality, responsive customer-centric recruitment and employment services to support the successful delivery of government and community priorities.
Our Recruitment Officers work with a range of partners to ensure the integrated and seamless delivery of recruitment and employment services to DELWP. This includes co-ordinating and supporting the advertising and selection process, collating and distributing applications, preparing employment letters and commencement packs and associated paperwork for DELWP managers as required.
As a member of the Recruitment and Employment Unit in the People and Culture Division, our Recruitment Officers contribute to the delivery of group and departmental priorities and building an inclusive and high performing workforce that is customer focused, collaborative, professional and engaged.
Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications

  • Good working knowledge of VPS Human Resource policy frameworks and relevant EBAs.
  • Demonstrated experience and understanding in supporting the delivery of high quality, customer-centric HR and recruitment services in complex and/or changing business environments.
  • Experience with Springboard platform is essential and SAP SuccessFactors highly desirable
This is a fixed term position available until 25 March 2022. Applicants must possess corresponding work rights to be eligible for appointment.
