Camden Hospital is recruiting for a Receptionist / Administration Officer (Level 2) to complement and enhance the current Aged Care & Rehabilitation team. What you'll be doing To provide an effective and efficient reception service for Aged Care & Rehabilitation Community and Outpatient Teams, and to assist with various administrative duties as directed by the Team Leader.

How to Apply

To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria as thoroughly as possible.

  • Experience in working in a very busy office/reception environment whilst managing work-flows independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of medical and health related terminology.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Power Chart/Scheduler, word processing, spread sheet and database programs.
  • Demonstrated excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of guidelines relating to patients confidentiality.
  • Ability to prioritise conflicting workloads with competing demands.
