Government - Call Centre EOI


Randstad are currently partnering with a number of high profile State and Federal Government clients to assist with their high volume call centres located in Brisbane. There are a number of upcoming call centre and claims administration roles available on a casual basis with long term potential.

The roles will be in in inbound and outbound environments with processing and general administration duties involved

RESPONSBILITIES:

  • Taking calls and dealing with customer queries in an inbound and outbound environment
  • Data Entry and processing
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Contribute to team and department success
  • Adhering to KPI's
  • Analysing and interpreting information to make decisions

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • 1-2 years+ Customer Service or call centre experience
  • Previous Government experience is highly beneficial
  • Candidates with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confidence to make decisions
  • Excellent punctuality and attendance
  • Data entry skills - ability to quickly and accurately enter data into the system
