LSO - Customer Service Officer


Brimbank City Council is looking for a passionate and experienced customer service officer to join our Leisure Centres team on a casual basis which includes weekend as well as weekday open and close shifts.

Previous experience is required in:

  • Customer service and retention with members
  • Conflict resolution
  • Cash handling and sales
  • Telephone and email enquiries
  • Retail or cafe experience is preferred but not necessary

Skills Required:

  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

This is an integral position within the customer service team. If you are dedicated to excellence in customer service, you are willing to learn, you are a team player and you enjoy helping people with their enquiries and service requests – then we want you.

The City of Brimbank is located in the western and north-western suburbs of Melbourne, between 11 and 23 kilometres west and north-west of the Melbourne CBD. Brimbank is multicultural with half of the residents born outside Australia.
