About this opportunity
Reporting to the Client Service Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, clients and prospective clients over the phone and via digital enquiries.
Some of your responsibilities will include answering client enquiries whilst adhering to compliance requirements, working collaboratively to support Financial Planners and regional teams to achieve goals and targets and coordinating follow-up administration tasks ensuring the data entry system (i.e. CRM) is updated accurately.

The Client Service team is based in Wollongong however, we are opening up this great opportunity as a 12 month contract for candidates located in Sydney and South Sydney areas with the possibility to work remotely.

You are a highly organised and driven professional with a passion for providing outstanding customer service to stakeholders in all your interactions.

You will also have:
Demonstrated experience in an inbound contact centre role (Financial Services preferred);
Excellent phone manner;
Strong written and verbal communication skills;
High level of attention to detail;
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Word and Excel;
A proactive approach to meeting clients' needs;
A commitment to outstanding client service and teamwork;
The ability to attend the office in Wollongong once every fortnight; and
The ability to attend team events and training at the office in Wollongong when required
