Human Resources Advisor

The Role:

Due to unprecedented growth in our company, we have the exciting opportunity to welcome a new Human Resources Business Partner to our expanding team. This is a full time permanent role based in our office in Belrose, on the Northern Beaches – with temporary working from home arrangements currently in place. The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Building lasting partnerships with business leaders, managers and employees to provide strategic and generalist Human Resources advice and support
  • Collaborating with leaders and managers to develop their capabilities in employee relations matters, organisational design and developing high performance teams
  • Developing secure business succession plans and build strong talent pipelines
  • Working closely with the Senior Human Resources Director to implement new Human Resources strategies and initiatives
  • Review and produce Human Resources policies that are in line with company values and legal requirements
  • Contribute to and help maintain strong morale and positive company culture
What We Are Looking For:

To be successful in this influential role, candidates will need the following qualifications, skills and experience:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources
  • Experience in a Human Resources Business Partner position
  • Experience working across a range of disciplines
  • Experience working in Engineering or similar industries will be highly regarded
  • Understanding the full range of Human Resources functions and ability to deliver initiatives and support organisational change
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships, network, negotiate and influence
