We are looking for two Transition Program Managers who will be responsible for managing a program of work for a NSW Health agency to deliver service transitions of existing Information and Communications Technology (ICT) services and transformations on behalf of NSW Health local health districts, agencies and pillars.

The program will refine, standardise and operationalise service transition and transformation processes and build increased capability and capacity to manage the financial, delivery and operational risk of ICT service delivery.
