HR Administrator-Graduate

The suitable candidate will have recently completed a HR degree or have one to two years of HR Admin experience and is looking to join an established, professional team where they will learn, grow and offer lots of new ideas ,enthusiasm-this is an excellent opportunity to kick start your career in HR.

Description

Reporting to the HR Advisor and supporting the wider HR team duties will involve;

  • Answering HR queries via email and phone
  • Assisting with screening, interviewing, reference checking and posting of Ads etc
  • Preparation of employment status letters, contracts etc
  • Assisting with monitoring of probation schedules
  • Working with the team on policy and procedure reviews
  • Offering new ideas on hosting of webinars and other company communications
  • Assist with on boarding of new employees
  • General admin support

Profile

The suitable candidate will possess the below:

  • A strong passion for HR and learning!
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • A qualification in HR, recent graduates are welcome
  • A positive attitude and ability to contribute new and fresh ideas
  • Great work ethic
  • Strong computer literacy and attention to detail

Job Offer

The hours of work would be Monday - Friday 9-5 or 8am to 4pm. A generous salary package is on offer for the most suitable candidate. This role is temp for 6 months and may extend for the right candidate. The company will be closed from Dec 24 to Jan 1,2021.
