About you
To be considered for this role you will either have experience as a Paralegal or as a Legal Assistant looking to take the next step in your career. You have a strong work ethic and consistently provide outstanding service to clients. Ideally, you have had some exposure to retail leasing and retail legislation in Victoria or Western Australia (ideal but not essential).

In addition, the ideal candidate possesses:
  • Excellent time management skills
  • The ability to work under pressure
  • The ability to manage a high volume workload
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
Your role
You must have the skills, confidence and enthusiasm to manage high volume and large scale leasing transactions in a range of jurisdictions around Australia (particularly Victoria and Western Australia). You will be directly responsible for the day to day management of leasing files and liaise directly with clients, tenants and legal professionals. You will receive thorough training and support from senior Paralegals and Lawyers together with administrative support.
