This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative payroll team in the wider HR team. This innovative business is working on a more sustainable economy and this is your chance to join the payroll team as a payroll advisor reporting to the payroll manager.
In this position, you are the first point of contact for any Payroll queries that come in. You are assisting with the end to end pay runs. This business has weekly and monthly pay cycles and uses Kronos as a time and attendance system. You will be referring to multiple EBA's to assure correct payouts. You will be assisting the payroll manager in advising stakeholders in the business on special payroll queries like super and redundancy payouts.
To be successful in this role, you have extensive experience with payroll and you are able to run the full pay cycles independently. You have used Kronos as a time and attendance system and ideally have an understanding of different payroll systems.
