In this role you will be responsible for:
Administering preferred injury management software for selected clients and maintaining this database
Insurer liaison with respect to injury management activities
Intermediate Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills;
Produce and/or format reports, manuals, presentations and other correspondence or documents;
Organise and maintain file system, file correspondence and other documentation;
Maintain database and spreadsheet files;
Support Workers Compensation team during busy periods;
Read and route incoming correspondence;
Take, type and distribute meeting minutes;
Other tasks as directed by manager.
We would like you to have:
Experience working in an office type environment and a demonstrated proficiency in the utilisation of Microsoft office based platforms is preferred.
Client/Customer Service - Consistent provision of excellent technical, administrative and consulting support to internal and external clients with frequent reference back to their needs.
