Customer Service Representative

We are recruiting for multiple Customer Service Representatives with excellent communication skills for a Government project in Penrith. We are looking for candidates that truly value their customers, and makes it their duty to provide the best service possible whilst also identifying sales opportunities!

  • Working Monday to Friday, with shifts between 8am – 6pm

Key Responsibilities:
  • First line of inquiry for inbound customer queries, as well as transferring calls to the appropriate area.
  • Record customer information on internal systems
  • Effectively handle customer enquiries over the phone, and respond to web enquiries
  • Work on a large Government account and provide high level quality service to their customer base
  • Identify sales opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell a range of services
You will need to:
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience within customer service and sales
  • Have excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Be passionate about providing exceptional customer service
  • Current Working With Children check
  • Can commit to the required duration of the contract
  • Ideal candidates will be able to start immediately
  • Full working rights are required
