About the Role
The key purpose of the Audit Compliance Officer is to coordinate and complete the internal audit regime. You will plan, execute and lead assigned audits in accordance with the Annual Audit Schedule, develop and implement audit tools, recommend opportunities to strengthen the internal control structure, ensure all work practices, documentation and procedures adhere to the relevant standards, including numerous ISO systems, document audit tests and findings, and make recommendations for improvements, ensure corrective and preventative actions are implemented in response to audits, assist in the development of new processes and procedures, contribute to the monthly Performance Management Framework KPI reporting process and manage document control systems.

To be successful in this role, you will have: Hold a tertiary qualification in business, performance management, management systems or relevant industry experience in a similar role Demonstrate experience in internal auditing within a complex organisation Be familiar with management system standards, including one or more of ISO 9001, ISO14001, AS/NZS 31000, AS/NZS 4801 or HACCP Possess sound knowledge of the quality assurance procedures, risk and compliance processes Have experience in the preparation of accurate reports and submissions Demonstrate a competent level of computer literacy and report writing Have exceptional interpersonal and communications skills Maintain a high level of integrity and ethical behaviour
