As a Correctional Case Officer with Serco, you’ll serve as a role model, diplomat and leader in this frontline position where no two days will ever be the same. You’ll be constantly on the move, spending your time with the inmates and working between different locations throughout a new state-of-the-art facility.

To be successful in this role, you will:
have a frontline, customer-centric background with an aptitude for remaining calm in difficult situations have similar experience within a correctional environment or looking for a new career either hold your Certificate III Correctional Practice (CSC30115) or eligible to obtain a Cert III Correctional Practice (CSC30115)
maintain a high level of integrity and ethical behaviour
maintain a high level of resilience and self-awareness
enjoy working in a team environment
respects the diversity of inmates, colleagues and others
have the tenacity to resolve practical problems
have experience in handling sensitive information and situations
display a competent level of computer literacy and report writing
have proficient interpersonal and communications skills
have a good level of fitness
