The Artwork/ Workflow Manager coordinates artwork/ prepress/ proofing projects for assigned client. This role serves as the main day-to-day contact on current projects for clients, internal departments, and vendors.

Job Responsibilities

  • Attend pre-production and kick-off meetings
  • Co-ordinate & supervises work in preparation & development gathers and verifies inputs
  • Supervise life-cycle of artwork creation & approval
  • Interact with Blue and SGK systems
  • Handle and respond to inquiries from clients regarding report status, concerns, or general requests for information.
  • Speedy responses to packaging queries and resolving issues earlier
  • Leverage our global footprint and improve speed to market
  • Drive continuous improvement and future state best practise
  • Drive ongoing process training and education
  • Act as the main point of contact, Go-To SGK person
  • Participates in cross-functional teams to develop and adapt processes, policies, and workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, speed, quality, etc
  • Assists in resolution of customer complaints and quality assurance issues as needed
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
  • 8-10 years of previous project coordination experience
  • High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning)
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients
  • Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
