HR Business Partner


We are currently seeking an HR Business Partner on a 6 month fixed term contract, starting in January 2021. Working as part of a global HR team in a complex matrix organisation this generalist position supports the continuous improvement of the HR function.

Whilst you will gain exposure to a wide variety of HR projects, core responsibilities will include HR analytics and reporting, oversight of the payroll function including benefits administration as well as providing responsive support and guidance to all IQVIANs across Australian & New Zealand.

To be considered for this opportunity you must be able to demonstrate the following skills, knowledge and experience: -

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR and/or other related discipline with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR &/or Payroll function
  • Strong analytical skills and HRIS applications (Workday exposure an advantage).
  • Ability to solve problems and create opportunities to deliver value to the business
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills including with sound knowledge of Australian & New Zealand employment legislation
  • Your strengths will be your positive friendly 'can do' approach to work coupled with a willingness to deliver exemplary customer service.
